"Initially working here I thought it would be an awesome experience because I was going to help people. I am a veteran so this was one of my first experiences working as a civilian. I can’t speak for the company as a whole but this specific branch was a mess. They lie and cheat on the simplest things. I lost money and a customer while on my annual military duty. They rewrote a policy and the premium changed. My customer was calling asking why did the price go up. I had no clue but did research and found out a family member qualified but the premium had to go up. I asked her if she resigned documents and was told no. She was told by another agent that I lied to her and should of never told her the monthly amount which if you sat through the process it brings up the amount they would be charged. Of course still required to go to underwriter if medical information is not accurate. The policy was rewritten without the customer consent and I was no longer the agent which put me negative and owing the company. Owner was confronted but it all came back to my fault and nothing can be done. I was the newbie while there was a more “experienced agent” that had very unprofessional work relationships as well as personal relationships in the office. I would not recommend this branch to anyone. He talks a very good game but the rotation in that office is terrible. Be careful."
