"The appointment process was straight forward and easy. Everyone I spoke to was kind and professionals the vet tech and the vet both spoke to me with kindness and understanding, while also making my kitten feel as comfortable as possible. They gave her a churu and played with her during the visit, which was very nice. I’ve been to other vets in the area who make the visit feel very transactional, and this was far from that! I even got a follow up text the next morning encouraging me to call if there are any problems. Plus they have preventative care programs where you can pay monthly to have certain services covered!"

"Having only been in the area about a year, when one of my kitty's seemed unwell I had no idea where to turn. I started making phone calls and nobody could see a new patient for almost a month! I was repeatedly referred to urgent care centers. Finally a call to West Pine Animal found kind open hearted people - they told me to come right in with him, understanding I might have to wait a bit - I gratefully ran to get there. Upon arrival I met kind people in a bustling office - my Shiloh met a very sweet assistant and a lovely down to earth, and very thorough vet in Dr. Tyndall. Who's approach was to try something simple to start - which I appreciated. After a long weekend of a less invasive treatment approach at home with no results I returned with him on Monday as they had instructed and they solved the problem! Vet care is never "cheap" nor do I think it should be, a vet after all is a medical school trained doctor - but I felt like the costs I encountered were very fair for the treatment and time given, and were by no means outrageous. I could not be more grateful for the kindness and care shown for my pet and I, when frankly no place else really seemed to care.
