"Great staff so helpful!! Doctors take the time to discuss things with you in detail. Really glad I found this place. We just moved here from PA and I couldn’t be happier with the care they give."
"They always make time to see my fur babies even on short notice. Staff is friendly and kind."
"Our dog was well taken care of care of and the staff and Dr. did a great job going over his exam."
"I rescue beagles and in February 2022, rescued two beagles from Triangle Beagle Rescue in the Raleigh-Durham area. One was positive for heartworms and part of the adoption agreement was that the rescue agreed to pay for treatment of them. The only issue was that Charlotte area vets charge in excess of $1,000 for this treatment while the rescue has agreements with their area vets for about half of that. Rather than make me drive to Raleigh on a regular basis during the treatment, the vet with the rescue reached out to this facility and received an agreement, in writing via email AND a written estimate to only charge $430 as a courtesy to the rescue. I took my dog in for a visit and after a payment of an additional $225, the treatment was scheduled. I drove from Fort Mill to Waxhaw on the day of the treatment and dropped off my dog, confirming before I left that the rescue would be paying. On the way home, I received a call from them with an estimate for over $1000. I explained that this couldn’t be right since we had the written agreement for $430. The tech then said, “Oh no that can’t be right. I was there when you first brought her in and I don’t remember that at all.” Excuse me? I have it in writing. I asked them to please call the rescue vet and they did. Long story short, they denied ever making that estimate and when confronted with the proof, refused to honor it. What’s more, no one ever called me to pick up my dog! After all the back and forth I finally called them and asked, “Should I come and get my dog?” I’m not sure what happened and I fully understand that this is a business but when provided written evidence if an agreement for a charitable service to 1. Try to gaslight me into believing that I imagined it and the 2. Refuse to honor it when given proof, is reprehensible. No animal of mine will ever be treated by this organization. Not sure how they sleep at night. UPDATE: While I appreciate the quick response from the office, I will not be contacting them because 1. They have my number and those involved in the office know who I am and 2. My girl has already begun her treatment with another vet so there would be no point in me calling them."
"Dr Hay was amazing! I brought in my very anxious cat who has been developing some GI problems recently. The doc was very attentive and caring. I really appreciate how everyone (the doc, the nurse, when I was checking out post-appointment) made sure I had a clear understanding of my next steps in my pet's care! Pricing was very reasonable as well. Definitely planning on staying with this clinic for all future needs of my kitter."
