"We took our dog here a week before Christmas as he was sick. They called a couple of hours later stating that his liver and kidneys are failing. We recommend you come and put him down. Here is a dog that was fine 2 days prior. So we went and picked him up and went down the road to Waxhaw animal hospital. They almost immediately diagnosed him with Leptospirosis which is common in this area. He is only 8 years old mind you. After a stay in the hospital he is home and healthy. I will never forgive this place and will report them to theVeterinarian association. They should lose there license. They have no knowledge. Also they put a contagious dog around all the other dogs and we walked right out the front door. So this is a review as well as advice to get a second opinion and ask your vet about this disease especially if you have wildlife in your yard. God will sort you out one day"

"This is a fantastic Veterinary team. Doctor Klink really helped with Star's rotten tooth and periodontal disease. He got her on a course of antibiotics before her oral cleaning with anesthesia. Her breath smells amazing now. She's more active and is eating better. They gave me the tooth that was going to fall out. We avoided a tooth infection by getting her proper cleaning. Small dogs especially rescue dogs like Star typically have bad teeth and gums. We rescued her at 8 years old we believe from the humane society of North wilkesboro. This was through an app called adopt a pet. The foster mother did not want her to be euthanized at the shelter. We did the adoption at PetSmart in North wilkesboro, North Carolina. Star has PTSD from her former life and having to go to a pet kill shelter. If there weren't good people out there. We wouldn't have our baby love. Everybody who loves animals should consider this veterinarian. Thank you so much and mahalo!"

"Front desk staff has always been nice to us, but DO NOT purchase the Optimum Pet Wellness Plan. Our dog passed away and we called Banfield to cancel. The lady over the phone charged us with a $227 cancellation fee. That is completely ridiculous! As a small business owner, this really upset me, and I would never do that to one of my customers. I actually give my customers free refunds for unused services. Don't not proceed with the Wellness Plan, they are obviously not sympathetic at all and just want your money while you are still getting over the fact that your beloved pet has passed."

We have been with then threw ups and downs, downs being...we had two of our pups put to sleep for health problems. They were older pups. The Doctor and nurses were so loving and even teared up right along with us!"

(MIL is a retired vet, so standards were high) Would travel to see this group of fur loving and caring individuals!"
