"One of the worst insurance company I've ever had. Its more of a nuisance since they don't even directly provide insurance. Its almost like their sole purpose is to save Cigna money regardless of medical necessity. They have a 2 star rating with the Better Business Bureau. Just awful."

"I had the privilege of speaking with Cortney Spencer today, who immediately resolved my issue regarding a change in my prescription insurance coverage. I was on the phone earlier in the morning with a pharmacy representative for 45 min, and he failed to resolve the discrepancy. It took Cortney 5 min and she had the answer. If only I started my day with her! Thank you, Cortney!"

"The only way to pay my Cobra Insurance through Healthgram is to mail them a physical check. In this day and age when almost everyone else accepts a debit or credit card I had to get actual checks. I can't have my bank send them a check directly because they need a little strip of paper, that they sent me a photocopy of, in the envelope with the check.each month.Even if the bank puts my account number on the check they have to have this little strip of paper that I have to cut off of the photocopy each month to find my account. The strip of paper has my name and account number on it plus the amount due and the month I'm paying for. This seems like an unreliable system in this day and age when there's better options."

"Just wanted to share my experience today with some billing issues. I talk to a representative Cortney Spencer, and I just wanted to let everyone know that she exceeded my expectations. She stayed right there with me on the phone until every question was answered and we were able to navigate through what was right and wrong about the billing and they were able to process And make it right thank you very much Cortney"

"Worst Insurance Company I ever had. They are horrible! Their own employees don't know their policies or benefits for members. Plus you will pay a ton out of pocket, barely any doctors in network. Most hospitals never heard of them or know how to bill them because they claim they are with Cigna but are a 3rd party. 0 Stars if the option was available. RUN FROM THIS INSURANCE COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!"
