Takes precautions to ensure fur baby doesn't become dehydrated. Instructions are clear & precise before you leave the office and they follow up with a call to see how fur baby is doing on suggested treatment. I'm overjoyed & extremely satisfied with the professionalism & most importantly the treatment of my fur baby. Positive atmosphere & results!"
