"I'm sure the doctors are wonderful, but I won't know until tomorrow because of the lack of solid directions given by Google maps. We missed our appointment because of the directions. Instead of directing yo to the Heart Center, which is on West Campus drive, GPS takes you to a place on East Campus drive. Also, it would have been nice if the appointment schedulers explained that as well. I can't imagine we're the first to make that mistake."
