UNC Pediatrics at North Hills

"Upon entering the facility we were asked to mask up. Then I asked for some sanitizer due to one on the wall not working the receptionist stated “oh just get some over there.” Well, over there was not working either. So I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and the soap dispenser was not working either. So I went back to the receptionist to let her know and she stated “well I’ll let them know in the back that we are out.” Needless to say she didn’t get up to get any hand sanitizer. When I was leaving after an hour into the visit she said “here you go I found some in the back.” At that point I’m disgusted at the fact that she did not try to fix the problem earlier on. This is a healthcare facility that needs to have adequate access to hand cleaning at all times. Moreover, the receptionist did not show any concern about the situation at all. This is unacceptable. The posted picture are of the sanitizer’s that are not working in the lobby and in one of the bathrooms."

"Dr. Morgan is king when it comes to what you look for in a pediatrician. He always has a smile on his face and is amazing with the kiddo. Very grateful to have him in our life as he's been my daughters go to since birth."

"I absolutely love this center. Everything about this office is great. The staff at reception are amazingly friendly and good at their job weather you are in front of them or calling in. I have been coming to this doctor's office now for almost 10 years. I have 2 boys and the currently see the same doctor but there are 2 doctors there my family has used and we love them both. The nurses are also super amazing at their job. Weather your child is just in for a well visit or they are using some issues the nurse treat them with the best care. All the staff is very patient but also very efficient. We all love coming here and can't imagine using another doctors office. I highly recommend them to everyone in need."

"We love Dr. Morgan. All three of my kids has been seeming him for 6 years now. He is kind, understanding, he listens, and is flexible with my own opinions and concerns. I now travel 40mins for appointments. Front desk ladies are kind too. Straight to the point. My way of doing things."

"Dr. Morgan is wonderful and I'll be sorry to lose him as our family pediatrician. Unfortunately, this office cannot seem to figure out their billing system. I have been routinely charged for wellness check-ups and routine vaccinations that my insurance says (and has confirmed) should be 100% covered under our insurance plan. Despite numerous calls to UNC Pediatrics they cannot seem to figure out the proper "coding" to get these bills correctly submitted to BCBS so I continue to receive bills for visits that should otherwise be covered."
