JCMC Wilmington Pediatrics: Aristy Nicole E MD 5710 Oleander Drive, Wilmington, NC 28403

"I wanted to love JCMC but I can't after today. I live in Pender County but I used to work in Wilmington. I've taken my children to the Wilmington location 2-3 times and every single time this doctor has pulled up my address to ask me why. For one why would a doctor have this much time to worry about a patience address? The convenience is the reason why I transferred my children from Kidzcare. I relocated from Fayetteville to the middle of no where and I needed something that was convenient for my children. Normally Dr. Aristy is thorough which is another reason why I did like going to the Wilmington location. Jacksonville is 30 mins from where I live but I've been at a Jacksonville clinic for almost 3 hours. I can spend 45 mins to drive to Wilmington and I'm in and out in like 30 mins. I left feeling different and because of that I will never return to any location. I do believe after reading reviews that I was profiled. Where I live shouldn't have anything to do with any doctor. In fact, this has never happened to me before. I go to Wilmington Health off of Shipyard and no one has ever referenced my address. I would like to know the reason behind this doctor spending time looking up a patient address? What does my address have to do with the services that I received?"

"I’ve met with Dr Aristy several times with my now 17 month old, and I really like her. She is friendly, thorough, she listens well and she is always happy to answer any questions."

"I love this dr office. They are great with my children, they always fit me in when I have been forgetful and need an appointment quick! They are helpful with forms and even referred my family some resources when we went thru a tough time. I definitely encourage families to consider this office!!"

"What a great family doctor. Everyone here is really wonderful. We usually see Dr Gelinas and we all love her but even the other doctors we have seen have been super nice. The nurses are fantastic and really, really helpful. Even the receptionist has gone out of her way to accommodate us when we had an emergency. We have never had a problem making an appointment and when you get there, you don't have to wait around for long before you are called in. When we were waiting on test results back they phoned to keep us up to date on when we could expect them and then contacted us as soon as they were in. I would definitely recommend them to anyone."

"Paid for my son’s physical at the appointment and still got a bill in the mail. Asked for them to fax results to my sons school. They never did. They don’t have a phone of course so I went again in person and requested them. I was told by the school that they still don’t have the records so once again I drove the office and requested they fax it over. A month later my son is kicked out of school because they don’t have proof of his physical. Here I am again in person and the actual pediatrician is having to figure it out because everyone else is incompetent."
