"Was loving the place but here lately they have been slacking. I've been calling all week about my daughters medicine that is over $160 and they still have yet to call me back and it's almost Friday. She needs this medicine and they don't seem to care. Thinking about switching to another doctor.. really reconsidering it. Should take a week to get a call back. I've never waited that long for a call back. They do not have their priorities right."

"The worst experience I have ever had at a medical office. The doctors are amazing, but the front office staff make it unbearable and not worth staying. If you like to jump through multiple hurdles to be seen and like constant roadblocks then this is the place for you. Also, plan on showing up for your scheduled appointment and learn it was cancelled without notification or they reschedule your appointments. They keep saying it's their "policies" or the computer system messed up."

"We've been using CaroMont Pediatric partners in Belmont since my daughter was born 2.5 years ago. We've seen pretty much every provider and love all of them. Our primary is Dr. Owensby who is the absolute best pediatrician ever. The staff is all so friendly and we've never had a bad experience (which is crazy because we've been there about 50 times due to daycare sickness)."

"I honestly can't say anything about the doctors because I keep getting stonewalled by the staff at the front desk. So far, I scheduled two appointments for my daughter... and they have been cancelled twice. The first time is a little more understandable - we are new to Gastonia and the proper paperwork wasn't signed at the time. The second cancellation was very unprofessional on their end. I was told that they do not have any of my daughter's records even though I signed off on their paperwork in person, previously. I took time off of work just to be turned around - I had an email confirmation for today and no one bothered to email or call ahead of time. We just moved from the Charlotte area and are used to a certain level of professionalism. My experience, today, was unacceptable and I will find another pediatrician."

"This was our first visit and we had an amazing experience! The front desk is very helpful and kind. The nurse was very sweet. We saw Dr. Singleton and so was absolutely amazing. She was compassionate and my 3 crying kids did not phase her at all. I highly recommend her and her team!"
