"The office manager was horrible in communicating. Met with jane three times. Once on my own and twice with my ex. Yes EX. Jane had mentioned at the first meeting that if we are a no show that it will cost the session fee. This is understandable. But there seemed to be alot of emphasis on payment. I'm not going to go into details about the session but I trully feel that she wasnt listening. She would rather let the two of us talk rather than offering up suggestions. And again when she did she clearly wasnt listening to what the problems were. In the middle of the third session I was told things by my ex that trully showed me that she didnt care about us. I had enough and got up and said I was done. Jane's first words as she hopped up was, "you're going to pay me before you go right"? Lol. Correct me if I'm wrong but I feel she should have tried to diffuse the situation and try to offer advice."
