"Dr Nichols has been our pediatrician since I had my first daughter 7 years ago in CMC hospital! I have continued to use him and have followed to whatever office because he is great with the kids and sooo knowledgeable. Any questions I ask he always gives me the best answers and speaks to me knowing I am not a doctor. I love that my kids love the doctors and the staff is always great and knows up on first name basis!we will continue our journey with dr Nichols until the kids are to old."
"I have to give 5 stars Doctor Nichols has been very helpful with my two children. Also his staff has gone above and beyond by helping me find other offices that accept our insurance! Doctor Nichols has always made my children feel comfortable at every visit and also I feel he has been very helpful and gem of a Doctor for my children's needs... Very thorough!"
"I just started seeing Dr. William Nichols and our first visit went well. Yet when we came back for Amelia to get her shots, I have told the student assistant that my husband and I would like for Amelia to get the DTaP, and Polio shot at another time. We wanted to see how her body reacts to it first. Amelia supposed to get additional shots for her two months visit and we refused them. The student assistant wrote down the info, left the room and came back with Dr Nichols. Dr Nichols asked how’s Amelia doing, then he answered a concern I had about her toes. Dr Nichols proceeded by clarifying our decision for Amelia two only get two shots in two separate occasions and then get the mandatory ones when she will be 4 months old. Without any explanation, Dr Nichols told me to find Amelia another doctor if I don’t want to get all the shots recommended for babies and he walked out. He was very rude and unprofessional. I was left alone in the room with Amelia without any explanation and further directions on what to do next. We went to the front desk and none of the clerks said anything or assisted me on what I should do next in regards to what it will happen to Amelia’s paperwork and how they will get transferred to another office. No have a nice day nothing. I left the office feeling disappointed and discussed. I will not recommend this practice to my friends or family. Clearly, Dr Nichols doesn’t respect his patients decisions and input. He might be a great doctor but that was enough for us to seek another one."
"The nursing staff and answering service is the worst I’ve every seen… the staff make rude and unprofessional comments about patients… a heavy set Hispanic nurse slammed the window because a special needs child was making “too much “ noise for her… a checkout nurse was given paper work for upon checkout and rudely told the mom that wasn’t her job and shoved the paperback at her and the list could go on and on"
