"Overall, very good experience. I suggest two things: 1. Look up how to use decor to dampen the noise and echo in the front lobby. The noise adds to the animal's stress level. 2. Train the assistants to keep the dogs on a short leash when they walk them to the back. An assistant carelessly let a large dog chew at my cat's carrier and terrified her. Other than that, I saw only good things and will definitely go back."

"I’ve been coming here for years after my cat was traumatized at another practice. Riverside went above and beyond to help us treat his anxiety so that he could receive quality routine care. He is now a healthy senior cat at 16 years old and I couldn’t be happier with his care. Dr. Meacham cared for him during his thyroid cancer and helped us get through the difficult process of radiation therapy so he could be healthy and happy again. She also cares for our other two cats who are quite the behavioral challenge when they feel scared. We wouldn’t consider taking them anywhere else because the care here is personal, high quality, and consistent. I feel loved by the entire staff from check in to check out. The clinic offers options for subscription and delivery services for the prescription foods and meds we need which helps a lot. Dr. Meacham has worked after hours and called me on more than one occasion to answer questions, give advice, and offer suggestions about whether or not to pursue emergency care. Two years ago the entire staff helped me care for a stray, pregnant momma cat until she delivered 4 kittens. They got her through some significant illnesses she picked up when she was abandoned by her owner. They did wellness checks on the kittens until they could be placed in safe homes. We’ve used the boarding services at Riverside and they are EXCELLENT. I’ve had so many good experiences here that I can’t recount them all. If you are looking for a place to be valued as a client and for your beloved pet to be treated like a family member, you should definitely come to Riverside."
