"My dog was dying right in front of me and I called at 330 to see if I could bring her in and the said NO. To bring her to Coastal emergency vet which didn't open until 6:00 p.m. I had to wait 2.5 hours for her to be seen. AND SHE PASSED AWAY !! . NEVER BRING YOUR DOGS HERE !! I BROUGHT MINE HERE FOR 4 YEARS AND IT WAS ALWAYS MONEY FOR EVERYTHING BUT WHEN MY DOG NEEDED THEM THE MOST THEY TURNED HER AWAY !!! WHAT A HURTFUL AND CRUEL PLACE !!! AND THE GIRL THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE THERE SHE SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HERSELF !!!"
"Checked in for my Appointment at 10 Am. I was told to wait in my car and told them what car I was in & they also had my phone number. I go inside at 11 to ask why I wasn’t checked in yet. The receptionist said “they couldn’t find you and they “tried” calling you” she went to the back and came back to tell me “we can still take you but you need to wait for a room to clear”. I waited till 11:50 YET no one came. At 12:15 they called me.. so they did have my phone number. NEVER AGAIN. Their time is so precious but when it comes to a patient they can care less ! Replay to Owner Instead of putting your time and effort into making your justification, which also had inaccuracies, and telling a customer they basically lied on a review goes to show the lack of professionalism and care to fix the situation that occurred The receptionist new exactly what car I was in. I never actually left. I left after waiting an extra 30 min after I was told they were making room for us. I never got a phone call while I was there but I did get one once, after waiting 2 hours."
"Theyre open 8-5:30 5 days a week. Offer after hours emergency number on phone recording. They close for lunch between 1-2. This is a follow up Update; I got through to the receptionist last Thursday she put a message into Dr W. I received my senior dogs medication in the mail yesterday. They also put in a prescription for his cough medicine. Now we may need to get him some doggie prozac. Hes having a lot of restlessness as a reaction. Poor guy. Thank you."
"I had an emergency with my cat after he had been involved in a car accident (he was hit by a car). A friend had called ahead for me as I was too distraught. As soon as I showed up they immediately took him back and got him squared away, and were very compassionate and caring towards me. He miraculously had nothing serious and made a full recovery. So grateful for their help that day ❤️"
"Took my big pup to get his microchip , updated shots and records. This place was great! They were patient with my pup being a little scared and were more than willing to make him and I feel comfortable and confident with them. They were also funny and we were talking comfortably around each other. Great place! I got a appointment fast too! Even with being a new patient."
