"Long first wait. But, I haven’t been enough to speak on the wait time yet. The staff was very nice and Dr. Sy was as well. Seemed very laidback and made switching to a new doctor after 11 years a good transition! Clean facility and rooms!"
"I feel like the practice cares about my kid, but there are some glaring short-comings. First, we always wait at least 40-45 minutes to be seen. And this is out in the main waiting room. Then it's another 10-15 minutes in the exam room. Even with a 10am appointment, they run late. Second, the last time we were there, Dr. Sy asked about an ailment I didn't know my son had. Very confusing. Communication could be better."
