"Let me first start by saying, I LOVE this office. I love my son's Primary doctor and the care they he receive during his check-ups. I had to take my son for a check up on a Saturday and he was not able to see his primary doctor. I took my 3 yr old son for a check-up for cough and cold on a Saturday, which walk in hours are 8am -10am. I was at the door at 7:50am when they key was turned to open for business. I signed the sign in sheet at 8:01am which 2 people were already ahead of me. I waited in the lobby 30 mins when they finally called us back to a room at 8:30am. We sat in that room for over an hour. At 9:28am i peeked my head out the room and saw 2 of the employees sitting at a computer laughing and carry on a very inappropriate conversation. I asked them " how longer do you think it will be cause we had been waiting in this room an hour already". One of the girls immediately jumped up and said " well thats the order, you got 2 more people ahead of you." I thanked her and closed the door. 10:13am the doctor finally comes in. At this point I am frustrated from having to wait over 2 hours in a room with my 3 yr old Autistic little boy. I kindly informed her of the wait time. She immediately jumps into defensive mood and says " I am the only one here"..and I could have peeked my head out the door to let someone know. I told her I can understand that as it is that time of the year for alot of colds or whatever.. I told her that a courtesy knock would have been wonderful to inform me that I had not been forgotten about and also let her know that I did peek my head out 45 mins ago and was told that I had 2 people ahead of me. If that was the case it took 45 mins to see 2 patients. The doctor and owner never once apologized about my wait time but instead says.. "If the level of service does not meet your expectations, i was always welcome to go somewhere else". WOW!! what place of business tells a paying customer 'that. I was never once rude or got an attitude with her. I was only giving suggestions on how to better improve the pratice by not leaving patients stuck in a room for over 2 hours without even checking on them.. Especially when they arrive when the doors open. This doctor interrupted me talking, was very rude and had a nasty attitude. She then rushed threw the check up. It took her every bit of 5 mins in that room to check my son. This was not my sons primary doctor and I now know "Why". My experience on this day was horrible."
"First off, my experiences with all the doctors are great. My son gets along with all of them and they make his experiences as enjoyable as possible. However, my problem is with their receptionists. They hardly ever answer the phone. When you leave a message and expect a call back, you hardly ever get it. They are rude. They will interrupt you while you are speaking. My latest episode with these receptionists came just a few hours ago. When I called them the second time regarding a specific matter, the woman I spoke with during my first phone call transferred me after I gave her my son's name. Once transferred, I asked to schedule an appointment. This second receptionist proceeded to tell me all types of things I could and could not do until after my son's birthday. All I wanted to do was schedule an appointment! I didn't need to hear about any of this excess garbage! Scheduling appointments, changing information, requesting information, etc. (things you would think a doctor's office could do easily) are near impossible when you deal with these receptionists at Robeson Pediatrics. I gave them 3 stars because the doctors are wonderful. However, the front desk folks need to be replaced."
"Amazing staff! My son has been going since he was a day old. The doctors are well trained ,friendly and really know what they are doing... Hands down it's the best children's clinic in Roberson County."
