"They take extra special care of your fur baby. My favorite vet tech always holds my little dogs hand while getting shots. Too precious. Their rates are reasonable, and the care is outstanding. Other big box office vets dont take the time like this office. They are busy but will always take the time to acknowledge you. I've been going to this vet for years. They have seen me through heartache and joy. Go let them love on your furbaby too."
"I've brought my pets here for years and they have always treated them like member's of their own family here. We always know wherer to go when one of our babies is sick."
"The sweetest animal loving folks. They were very helpful and loved on my fur babies while checking their well being. Awesome team."
"I had to unexpectedly euthanize my sweet senior pup & these folks made it just a little bit easier for me. My husband was also very impressed with his passed visit. Thank you all for your kindness."
"We had to put our dog down last Friday and the more I think about it, the more I am very upset with the process. The vet who performed the euthanasian was nice during the process, but after speaking with other people who have had to do this, it does not seem right. We have never needed to put an animal down, so this was new to us. We got there, and there was not much sympathy rather just given forms. We then go to our room and like I said, the vet was nice and informed us what he was doing. At the end of it, they stated they did not have a box big enough for him (which is fine, he is 100lb lab so of course) and asked if my husband needed help taking his body to the car, which of course he did. The vet simply grabbed one side, and my husband the other and they carried his uncovered body through the lobby in front of everyone to the car, while I stopped to pay. I feel like we should have paid the $100 at check in (when my husband was in there doing the forms) that way we could have just left. It would have been nice if they took our baby out back or somewhere not in front of the whole office. No candles were lit, no offering to provide us a paw print or anything. It felt like a transaction. They did offer to cremate him for almost $400 and give us the ashes, or cremate and dispose for almost $300. Otherwise, there was nothing that felt they were sympathetic. I am very sad about our baby, and even more upset that this was our experience."
