"If given an appointment time make sure they are actually having your appointment at that time. We were told ten after the house and when we got there we were told we were given the “show up 30 min early to fill out paperwork” time despite it being sent online. I would never show up 30 min early and we should be told the time of our appointment and asked to show up in advance X amount of time to ensure the paperwork is done, if not prior. After speaking to the office manager she tried to let us know they don’t tell people the actual time because people don’t listen to the part of showing up early. So she lies to people and guides staff to lie to people so they show up early. That’s not how you run a medical office. On top of it the doc didn’t show until 45 minutes after “the appointment time”. When I said that also is not ok, the office manager said “well the doctor is speaking with people that could have cancer so they take longer”. So if you know you have a patient who is going to be counseled on such diagnosis, schedule them for longer and don’t schedule people to sit around. Don’t waste people’s time as we are not on your payroll. She continued to shut the door abruptly behind her without even appreciating the fact that I attempted to give feedback, hence the review. Customer service goes a long way but it has been lost in the medical field for too long. Can’t blame this one on Covid anymore."

"Knowledgeable doctor, quick results of CT scan with the doctor explaining what the scan showed. Quick scheduling of further required help for the diagnosis. Friendly & compassionate staff. Paper work was manageable on-line & minimal @ the clinic. Excellent results from sinus surgery."

"Dr. Jason Roberts is absolutely wonderful. he performed surgery on our daughter when she was 1.5 yo and seeing her now at 6 for recurring acute tonsillitis. He spoke directly to her upon entering the room at her appointment instead of talking to me which she loved. He is conservative in his care and offers reasoning for his decision making along with alternative plans. 10/10 recommend!"
