"This office has the best nurses! Brittany is amazing! Always there to answer questions and even came to my car when my son was having a bad day with seizures. Dr Abraham has been there for every concern and questions. And love how she gives to us straightforward. She cuts my 15year old no slack with school and excuses! Best care from the entire office staff!"
"Drs are great, I’ve been taking my first child since he was born 18 yrs. now I have another baby and was taking him there but staff does not answer the phone and can’t make appointments ahead I have to call early in the morning unless is emergency they said to go to the ER what kind of dr. Office doesn’t let you schedule appointments ahead?! I’ve never had a problem until now, I’m thinking of changing providers, if you ask question they won’t answer as they don’t know or care to answer the people at front give you attitude what is the deal with this place?! What happen?!"
"Yes the front desk seems understaffed, but the quality of the clinical staff and the care we have received every time has been top notch. We’ve seen several of the providers due to last minute sick visits, and every single one of them have been so wonderful to my kids. They get them to laugh, put them at ease, explain things so well, it’s a fantastic practice if you can overlook the little annoyances of waiting on the phone or at the front desk."
"I like the doctors. Their great, but front desk staff, never answer and when they do answer they don’t have appointments. Ever since they switched to blue ridge it has fallen apart. So disorganized. Very disappointing. Been taking my children for 17yrs. I called to schedule an appointment four minutes after 1pm and they are no more appointments on a Sunday, I’m so upset and it’s frustrating because I had called at 8am voice message said it was closed. I called at 12 pm said same thing. And just called 4 minutes till 1 and their booked. I’m like WTH. And I wanted to go ahead and schedule another appointment for tomorrow, they say I have to call tomorrow morning. This is ridiculous. 3 of my children are sick and I had waited to get them seem all morning.Blue ridge policies need to change in regards to setting appointments for future dates, especially when children are sick. It’s ridiculous I have to call tomorrow again and be waiting so long until someone answers or they just never answer."
"I will say their doctors are wonderful. Everything else about this place is a disorganized disaster. First issue: we were told that our insurance would not cover a procedure and that we had to pay cash upfront - which we did. Two months later I get an EOB from my insurance that Rainbow actually billed them for the procedure as well. Rainbow was never going to disclose this to me. They were paid twice for the same procedure.. It took us over 4 months to get this worked out - and they would not let me talk to someone in the billing department for at least two months. When we finally got a check - it was written out to our infant son's name. Since then - they actually answer the phone about 10% of the time, they do not return calls when you leave a voicemail. Now, they are telling me they cannot schedule an appointment for my son "because they don't have a schedule beyond this week" What medical office operates this way? How can you just not have schedules beyond the current week? I will be changing providers. No one in the front office is able to provide clear answers to questions."
