"My husband and I decided to venture into the local La-Z-Boy store to check out the Collage rocking recliner chair as a potential for our new nursery. I’m less than 5’2”, wanted a chair that will be sturdy (after reading some nursery specific chair reviews that said this is an issue), and ideally fits in a smaller room. This chair fit the bill, and I loved it as soon as I sat in it. Nick helped us through the whole process, and even showed us a few similar options and colors with the Collage. In the end, we liked the Collage and the color we saw it in the store (not your typical white, cream, or beige which seems boring). Love the chair, loved the experience :) La-Z-boys should be the new nursery preference. Thanks, Nick, for helping!"

He was an excellent salesman, and was not pushy, but very respectful. He allowed me the space to look around and letting me know he was right there to help me if needed. "We recently moved into the area & into a new house. We needed living room furniture, & headed to La-Z-Boy. We met Hope, who took lots of time with us as we ‘tried out’ different sofa options. Although she was a fairly new employee, Hope went above & beyond to answer all our questions, in two separate visits to the store. She recommended that we have Christian come to our home to offer a room layout & suggestions. Christian was easy to work with and very experienced & professional & knowledgeable about design & layouts. His recommendation & digital presentation for our room was beautiful! We can’t wait for our furniture to arrive. Overall, the graciousness of both Hope & Christian amidst our indecision & many questions was very appreciated. Thank you!"

"Stopped at the store with family just to look around, at prices, different things. It's very expensive if you're willing to pay those prices. One of the employees in the beginning was helpful but in looking choices of furniture and customize it became more difficult for them to understand what customer wanted. Two of the other employees was not helpful at all. They had some pretty furniture in different items but overall I won't stop here anymore. They need some more training in helping customer service and not having a chip on their shoulder like they are better. Customers are the one that's making their paycheck so they should have a little more effort to help the customer instead of being rushed and being hateful."
