"Not sure why my previous review disappeared so I’m leaving a review once again. I will NEVER recommend this clinic to anyone. My son’s pediatrician (Dr. Gorman) misdiagnosed his Mongolian spots as bruises (ignoring the fact that I told her it was birth marks). We were sent to the ER during his 4th month well-visit and CPS was involved at the time. Can’t tell you how traumatized I was of what had happened. Our case was dropped after his results from the hospital showed no signs of clots, broken bones or anything. I hope she will never do this to another parent. I don’t want anyone to go through what I did."

"Imagine that you love your doctor and your children love their doctor, and one day the doctor refuses to see you anymore. You missed an appointment because you have COVID. They say you should have came anyway. Mind you, I was so delirious and dehydrated and crying as my whole body felt like it was on fire and being electrocuted simultaneously. Yes, I should put my life any my children’s lives at risk to drive to your office while I’m sick. I will never forgive this doctor. The way I pleaded with her and she was so incredibly cold. I’m glad that COVID was fine for you, but it’s not that way for everyone. Mind you, I canceled the appointment for one of my kids, but apparently they didn’t take the note that it was for both kids. This doctor is sweet as pie until she’s cold as ice and the definition of compassion fatigue. I had a doctor break HIPAA once, but to me, this was the worst betrayal I had ever experienced from a healthcare provider."

"Absolutely the best pediatricians office in Sevier county! Dr. Stephanie Gorman is the absolute best doctor, she listens to everything I was concerned about for my son and helped him the best she could! I will definitely be taking my future kids here as well! The staff is also amazing and have also helped in any way they possibly could!"

"So happy to have Kelsey May as pediatrician for both of my girls. She is very knowledgeable and caring. Staff is always quick to schedule appointments and answer any questions. Facility is clean and even tho they see lots of patients everyday we never had to wait an outrageous amounts of time be seen. Huge difference from our old pediatric office in Sevierville."

"A wonderful place to take your child! The staff has always been very kind. Kelsey May has been amazing! She has never made me feel silly for any questions or concerns I had. The staff genuinely cares to see your child thrive. I would drive longer just to continue to take my child here."
