"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! When I came from Florida on May of 2022 I attempted to have my three kids transferred here for almost two years. Only one of my children was accepted due to not receiving medical records from the previous doctor. Not only did the previous doctor's office fax them several times and show my proof but they provided it to me to see if this office would accept them from me. They did not accept despite my needs to update my 6-month-old at the time and 18-month-old at the time immunizations. I had to go to the health department for them to receive their shots. I have never seen such an unprofessional and disorganized medical office in my life. Note: I have been working in the healthcare field for 8 years as a social worker. No worries all things come to light."

"When I arrived there were two people at the front check in desk. One of the girls was typing on her computer and I’m not sure what the other girl was doing because she was turned sideways. The girl that was typing on her computer looked up and seen me but did not acknowledge my presence. She looked back at her computer and started typing again. While I’m still standing there in line. She continued typing and then looked up again and was looking in a back room and then after all that was done she looked back at her computer and continued to type while I stood there waiting to be acknowledged. After a few more minutes she acknowledges me. Very poor customer service. My visit with Dr. Kline is always amazing. He is a wonderful doctor ."
