"Didn't even work here. I had an appointment with the building next door and I guess what is supposed to be the "security guy" yelled at me for parking in an unmarked parking spot. He really had no right to be yelling at me and once he realized that he didn't apologize but instead continued to try and tell me what to do and finally slapped a "have a good day ma'am" on to the end of our passing with a snide voice only once the owner of the nextdoor venue came out to meet me and show I had business being there. Regardless of who's in the wrong there is absolutely no reason for this individual to be rude and ugly towards me. Perhaps take a look at who you are allowing to stand out in front of your building as the face of your company."

"I started working at RTI January 28th 2019 for the MEPS project, So far, I've enjoyed learning from the trainers in becoming a successful employee to the company. Ms. Coefield, Tina, Zykeria, Mr.Tony, Bradon, Dan and Ben with many others, are there with you every step of the way! Great place to work at and the potential to grow.. "Worst place I’ve ever worked at. Very unorganized. Everyone in management acts extremely clueless. Today was pay day an I did not receive my check. I’ve been calling since yesterday to find out whether I needed to pick up my check or if would be direct deposit or mailed. No response. Drove to the facility only for everyone to gasp an pretend as if they don’t know what’s going on. I would not recommend this job to anyone. Updated: As I mentioned my paycheck was not given to me today. When I asked to get a copy of my check stub they told me I had to go online and look at it. Which i went to do. Overall I worked 38 hours and they paid me for 26 hours. I called and mentioned to them I was missing hours on my check. They told me they had to call me back so they could see what they could do. After that they called back 2 hours later an said they were going to send out a second check with the missing hours. Which means I’ve been doubled taxes for one pay period this is ridiculous."

"You will be let go at a moments notice. "Sorry we ran out of callers" Even before the projects ends. Their expectations is unrealistic. It's your job to persuade people to complete voluntary surveys that can take 15 minutes(or longer). They expect one survey per hour."

"This is one of the worst Call Centers in the Triangle Area! If you have a family emergency, management treats you like CRAP!! The best part is the Nickname they gave to this Call Center( The Rock). The Rock was a Horrific Federal Prison. (Alcatraz)!! You know what kind of call center it is if its Called, THE ROCK!! Stay away at all Costs, they may put you on a diet of Bread and Water!!"
