"Dr. Mehta is good. She is thoughtful and genuinely looks for solutions to eye issues. She also listens to clients, which is refreshing. However, do NOT buy glasses there. I ordered bifocals (not even progressives), and the screwed it up twice! They entered the numbers wrong, and when it was wrong the first time they didn't bother to figure out what happened so they remade the lenses WRONG again. Now I'm waiting an ADDITIONAL two weeks for them to fix it. Just get your measurements and order online or from another store."

"Absolutely worst practice I have ever visited. I was scheduled for am 11:00 AM appointment and when I entered there were a number of people already sitting in the office. I asked if there was a wait and I was told there was only one person in line to see the Dr. before me. After seeing multiple people go into the "back" and still waiting my turn I finally had enough at 12:35 PM. I told the staff I was leaving seeing as they could not hold up their end of the arrangement. These businesses that provide a SERVICE need to realize that they are here for us and we are not here for them. OUR time is valuable as well. Will definitely be looking for another practice and hopefully I have better success the 2nd time around."
