We secured classes for 6pm-8pm that evening after calling at 4pm, priced at a reasonable $25 per class. Diana's expertise in selecting the right classes for them was impressive. Upon our arrival, the Artistic Director, Kirstie Spadie, warmly welcomed us to her studio, offering continuous support for my children's future ballet endeavors. Ms. Lisl, the ballet instructor, left an indelible impression on my kids. They found her combinations perfectly challenging and resembling a Master Class. She's truly exceptional! I highly recommend this studio to anyone visiting or residing in the area. It's an incredible ballet school worth taking advantage of! "I took classes at NCDI as a preteen/teenager and always loved it. I appreciated that the teachers focused on technique since we didn’t have to worry about being ready for a competition or recital. I decided to come back to dance as an adult and try a style of dance I’d never done before (Tap) and it has been just as warm and welcoming. Kirstie is an amazing human and truly tried to connect with every person who walks through the studio. Even if you are an adult dancer who only comes once a week, she will know your name! I spent many months in search of a studio that offered a variety of adult classes but nothing ever compared to the studios I was used to back home. That is until I visited the NC Dance Institute! I have taken a few different classes already and every teacher has been so kind and welcoming. They not only offer a variety of classes for all ages, but also a variety of skill levels. They don’t focus all of their time teaching students how to be a competitor, rather, they teach them the necessary skills to advance in their own personal practice. It truly is the only studio in the area that a long time dancer like myself can practice and improve my skills while also having a great time. Highly recommended!!"
