"Would not let me purchase flea medication for my dog because it had been a year since she was seen. FLEA MEDICATION. I needed to make an appointment for a perfectly healthy animal and bring her in to the vet so that they could charge me an office visit in order to allow me to purchase flea medication for my animal. I have had all of our pets here and have spent plenty of money. I will not be back!! Thanks so much for your service to our community. Updating: I just walked out of White PineI Veterinary Clinic with flea medication for all 3 of my animals. No money hungry visit required. Just kind, compassionate, people who were able to provide flea medication to me to give my animals some relief from pests. Further, I also called Lakeway Veterinary Hospital and spoke to a very kind woman on the phone who not only was going to have the medication ready once I arrived, but was nice enough to find out that I lived in Dandridge and suggested that White Pine clinic might actually be closer if I wanted to try there first to save time.
