"Scaming the people over charging for items"

"Cashier couldn't find the item I requested even after I gave specific directions to it's location on the shelf - top row all the way to the left. He pointed to 3 different items before landing at the top row, farthest left. Then, card reader at first wouldn't work. Cashier insisted the problem was with my card. After six tries I asked to use a different reader and lo and behold it worked - on the third attempt. Then the pump handle wouldn't squeeze to start filling and couldn't find a way to contact an employee without going into the store. Finally it broke free and worked properly. Basically the place is a dump.Nothing worked as it should, including the employee"

"Gentleman charged me for a double gulp and I got a super gulp. I told him he charged me incorrectly, He said no, they are the same price now. I looked at the pricing for the super gulp and it was incorrect. It was only a few cents, but that dishonesty will loses consistent customers money if they keep going back to this 7/11. Beware!!!"

"the worst! the head manager of the store is cool but she can't train 75% of her employees that she hires they have that ghetto mentality blasting ghetto negative music...loud mouths...telling all their baby mama business that we don't want to hear I just want my coffee & ciggs & get outta there I just wish they get some professional clerks in there & i will never shop there again i'am going to the Asians."

"Horrible customer service. Mean mugs, bad vibes as soon as you walk in. I see some of the employees disrespecting customers even if they're being extremely nice. It doesn't take that much effort to show some respect. Can't complain too much it's a gas station."
