"The overall experience, while receiving chemotherapy, has been negative in the past, but last one received in mid-November 2022 has been very frustrating and would not recommend it to any patient. All day treatment started 2 hours late. It has been conducted in an open area, only partially secured from everybody's view. There were no side table or side chair available. While swallowing, the meds got stuck and it took forever to get a cup of water! The blankets and water were offered later but never delivered. This is only top of the iceberg. To get the needle inserted, work order has been submitted to the Duke's system and then more waiting. Also, staff is not friendly, not helpful and clumsy. Local fast food has better service. I could write more, but I am tired. This is not what you would expect from any medical provider charging over 10 thousand dollars for each such a service and especially Duke."
