"Would NOT recommend if you’re getting abdominoplasty or Tummy Tuck. Very unpleased with the outcome of my surgery. My hips are wider and my stomach bulge from the pull of my lower abdomen without proper liposuction and relocation of belly button. After expressing my concern, the answer was “while in surgery it looks different laying down on the table than standing up”. And the quote for a revision would be $8000. After getting several other doctors opinion, they expressed that he was inexperienced in that area and should have taken a better approach. I personally would not have been offended if Dr Kays said he doesn’t fell comfortable proceeding with this type of surgery. Now I’m unhappy, out of $12,000 and wider hips and bulging stomach. 10/10 DONT RECOMMEND"

"To start off with, all the staff were INCREDIBLY nice throughout this whole process but I had such a negative experience that I felt I needed to leave a review. I had a breast lift in October of 2020. Several weeks after my surgery, I noticed I was very itchy on the incisions and bright red so I was put on antibiotics. Between November of 2020 and March of 2021, I had several communications/visits with the office about a concerning spot on one of my incisions, a spot that would not heal and was leaking, as well as lumps that hardened on my inner breasts. No solution was offered by WPS. A trip to urgent care got me diagnosed with a seroma that I had to have a follow up surgery for. Everything came to a head when I was hospitalized for 4 days due to an infection caused by damage to my lymphatic system in my breasts. I do not feel the after care provided by WPS was anywhere near sufficient and the only reason I did not sue them for the cost of my hospital stay was because I was able to get my hospital bill taken care of and not have to sell a kidney. As a direct result of my breast lift, I was diagnosed with lymphedema and will likely have it for the rest of my life. If I could go back and never have this surgery, I would. Update as of December 2023 - I’m not surprised to read other reviews and see that Dr. Kays is the only doctor named in the negative reviews. He is the one who essentially maimed me."

"My daughter had breast reduction surgery here. Dr White is a very caring and professional surgeon. He did an amazing job on her surgery and the scaring was very straight and thin. They look absolutely beautiful and her sense of self esteem and confidence has soared. We had a very good expierence at this office from beginning to end. Those giving this organization a bad review based on what an employee does in their personal life is unfair. You should base your review on work or procedures that you had done here and not the behavior of an employee on their free time. As repulsive as it was to act like that, it should not reflect on this company for the great quality of work and service that they do for Wilmington."
