From the front desk attendant, Jerrylin to the wonderful nurse, Adrienne. Just great hospitality the whole time, I will be back again for another study."
"I signed up for a study and qualified last year in October and was unable to participate because I tested positive for COVID-19! My granddaughters school closed due to an outbreak shortly after that. I communicated with the site and had medical documents to support my inability to participate. The center has blocked me from future studies and I am very disappointed that their misconception of how serious COVID related incidents should be taken. I can't believe a medical research facility handled this matter so poorly!"
"Did a couple study’s here and I plan on doing more. It’s easy money and the staff is awesome. Courtney and Taylor did my last visit and they are very cool. The woman who was running the study is GREAT. Very nice and helpful, the guy who does intake is cool as well. I very much recommend trying a study"
"The staff here is super friendly. I have been in the customer service industry for 15 years and Tiffany is a rare find. Due to the research I am a part of I have to spend up to 3 hours there. She is able to make me feel at home, she is able to make me feel like more than a test subject and she is always warming and happy."

Everytime I come in they always greet me with a big smile and make me feel absolutely welcome.
