"If I could give this place NO STARS I would. This woman needs a self examination about how she treats people. When someone goes to a Dr in tears, upset, feeling horrible, it is not up to the Dr. to JUDGE. The Dr needs to do what they can to HELP. This woman has no empathy or compassion. She is in it for the money. Dr , wait until you get to be my age. I hope your Dr at that time, does not treat you as you have treated me. I will not be back to you or any Dr at Novant Healthcare."

"I am a retired clinical pharmacist with 50 years of practice. I recently placed a virtual appointment for my wife with Dr Dickerson since our regular MD was not available with some issues my wife wanted evaluated. The appointment was set up, got instructions from a nurse on the procedure for the next day which involved a phone call from their office prior to the appointment. After waiting 45 minutes for the call I called the office to see why we have not been contacted. I was informed by the nurse that they called my phone and my wife’s phone and got a response that their number was blocked and they also left voice messages. We did not on blocks on our phones nor did we receive any voice messages of their attempts to call us. Consequently my wife did not get to talk to the doctor and I am not pleased with the service we received. I hope other patients don’t get this poor excuse for failure to communicate. In my 50 years of medical practice I am flabbergasted. Not a happy camper"

"I only talked to the secretary every time i tried to contact or talk to her and about important matters she never took the time to talk to me just sent messages or received them from her secretary,the only time that we talked was at an appointment or office visit,while at an office visit i personally saw a few patients call and she talked to them no problem,i dont know what the issue was with taking the time to talk to your patient that your supposed to be treating or taking care of everryones experience isn't the same but this is my personal experience and why i switched doctors,i felt like she couldn't take the time or didn't want to,talk to me personally and address my needs and medical care"
