"Military family here. My two kids went here for two years before we PCS out of state. We never had an issue getting an appointment and loved seeing Dr. Blackstone!! He was great with my 13 year old and 5 year old!! We saw him frequently due to my sons ADHD diagnosis. And helped get the right medication to fit for my son. This office has been hands down the best pediatrician office we’ve been to."

"The front office staff were all very friendly and helpful and the only reason i’m giving two stars. The doctor was a different story, they kept mistaking my 18 month old daughter for a male, did not give a physical exam and at the end asked if “he still had his testicles in place” 100% would not suggest bringing your child here."

"My daughter had an appointment scheduled for 9:15 for a painful, itchy red toe. We arrived at 9:05. We checked in and waited…for 45 minutes to be called back. The nurse that helped us not only walked in late with fast food but smelling like cigarettes. We then walked back to a dirty office for her to be weighed. As we entered the actual exam room the nurse did her vitals and left, with very few words actually spoke. The doctor, Monireh Parish, then walked in and looked at her toe. She said I don’t know what it is so just go get an X-ray. Literal 2 minutes in the room. She walked out, returned to the room on her personal cell phone telling the person on the other line that it was fine she was “just at work.” She then continued to talk to me about my daughters health while she was on a personal phone call! She handed me a referral and said just go do a walk in it’s behind the hospital. I can’t believe she has a job working with kids when she doesn’t even care about people. Your job is to help people not push them out the door as fast as you can onto someone else. Also, being on your personal phone in a medical room with your patients is not okay. Common sense in my book."

"They never answer the phone and if they do they hang up on you. Once I saw a dog in the receptionist area and it was one of the employees. Very unprofessional, doctors don’t know how to demonstrate common decency, they rush and don’t pay attention, they give their opinions rather than medical advice. Had to call for 3 days before getting someone on the phone for an appointment and the doctor came in for 15 minutes and ignored all my concerns, didn’t offer any solutions, however she did send me out for testing. Didn’t explain the testing or what they were for and left me with more questions then when I came in. If you want a physical form signed and filled out expect them to lose track of it, have it ready in 2 weeks, and then ask you to bring another one in because they never even put it on file. Definitely switching, since they changed locations everything has been flaky, doctors employees etc. DO NOT COME HERE!!"

"My son had an appointment the beginning of January and the medication prescribed was too high due to my deductible. I've called and left messages to see if the doctor would prescribe something different or a generic. I have left several messages. After my 7th/8th call during a 2 week period I had to call back and I got someone on the phone. The lady I spoke with said she would let the doctor know and the pharmacy would call. I let a few days go by and still no medicine. I called back and the nurse said it was called in. The pharmacy has nothing from the DR. This has been a nightmare."
