"Overall, I have had very helpful appointments with Dr. Lee, he is intelligent, thoughtful and thinks about all possible situations, and how they will culminate in the best care for patients. Recently, I wrote a meh review (connected to one specific appointment/not an overall rating). I had scheduled an appointment for malarial prophylaxis, and Dr. Lee shared that he did not feel comfortable prescribing them as an Internist, and provided referrals. I was not happy, especially with my work schedule, and still having this issue on my plate within weeks of travel. However, upon talking with a infectious disease Dr. through Passport Health in Raleigh, I understand his reluctance, and appreciate it. I was given an abundance of information and prescribed medication that will make my life easier than the basic OG antimalarial that I thought that I wanted. So, thank you, Dr. Lee, (and apologies) I thought it was a simple script...live and learn. You are back to being my #1 Ace, Dr. in the south."
