"I waited for three months for an appointment. I received two confirmation and reminder texts. On appointment day I double checked their address on their website which matched to google maps address. I arrived on time to my appointment and found a “We’ve moved” sign on the door. According to GPS their new location was 15 minutes away. As a courtesy I called the office to let them know I would be a little late due to not knowing they had moved. The front office lady said they have a strict 10 minute late window and she would need to reschedule me for June even though my lateness was due to their lack of communication. No mention of the move in the confirmation texts they sent me. No understanding on their part. NOT a satisfied customer. At this time I have no plans of rescheduling with this office. Do better."
"The doctors and nurses are great, but its time for one person in the front office to retire. Wrong copay charged (after I questioned why I was being charged so much) with a credit now at their office, told me I wasnt allowed access the pt.portal (which was a lie), had to get the PA involved to get Rachel to fax my bloodwork to Duke (* Duke had already called twice and Rachel wouldnt return their call). I had the same issue making an appointment. Rachel continued to tell me I couldn't be seen there, after telling her to please check with the Dr, he told her he would accept me as a pt since I was referred there. This went on for about 5 weeks and because of the unprofessionalism and lack of knowledge of office procedures, this woman delayed my medical treatment."
"I have been seen at this practice since July of 2020. I was about 90% covered with psoriasis, having breathing issues, joint pain, fatigue, just poor quality of life. Dr. Garg immediately knew how to treat me and placed me on meds and infusion that has drastically changed my life for the better!! I thank God for him, his staff, nurses Amaryllis and Grace and all they have done for me."
"Dr. Garg is absolutely wonderful. I came to him after my previous rheumatologist retired. He listened to all my concerns. I thought he was excellent. Even the nurse that came in before him was excellent. To too listened to all my concerNs. However one of the receptionist (not the older lady) is very rude and has a condescending attitude. I am 32 years old and got diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis at 28, and every time I call I get an attitude from the receptionist as to f I don’t know what I’m talking about or what I’m doing. There are some things that I was told to call and ask for and it took longer then expected because the receptionist was cutting me off or over explaining things. Also the lab technician was very rude as well. The nurse had set me in front of the lab door because I had my daughter stroller. Instead of the lab technician asking why I was sitting there she assumed I set there on my own instead of going to the waiting room, she cut me off before I could explained, went to the waiting room and grabbed the person that came 10 mins after me, I had already been waiting for about 20 mins prior to her coming out. She also came out at one time and completely ignored the fact that I was there. The other technician that was with her was 10 times nicer. I get these people that come to the office are usually older people but that doesn’t mean that the employees get to be rude to us patients. I’m young and I will complain, because if you treat me horribly what’s stoop you from treating some old person the same way. Again Dr. Garg is amazing. Receptionist and lab technicians not so much."
"Dr. Garg and his assistant are amazing. My husband has been going to him for years and loves this office. I just started going there 3 months ago and love it as well. Everyone is very professional but also very friendly and approachable. I've had bloodwork drawn and xrays taken. And Everyone has been amazing."
