"Do not buy a vehicle from here. They cleared out the check engine light so after I got home it popped up. We called them back and they said that we put bad gas in it, when we hadn’t even had it long enough to even put any gas in it. They DID fix the car but they were very rude about it and expected us to pay for the repairs. We asked for a 30 warrenty for the entire car, they wrote one up for JUST THE BATTERY. Also asked for GAP and they assured me that they’d give it to me, when they in fact did not and even said we denied when they asked us for GAP. Save yourself from being shafted. (They will also claim they never sold me a car to play innocence. My boyfriend bought the car that’s why they can’t find my name in there database.) I really just want this post to help others, and maybe make the owners consider doing things the right way."

"This dealership has really been a great blessing to our family over the last year. Due to our challenges regarding transportation, because of accidents, the rental process at the dealership has been lovely and affordable. We plan to purchase a car from the dealership ASAP."

"If I could give less than one star I would, I am beyond disappointed with the lack service and care given by Carolina Auto Expo. I wouldn’t advise my worst enemy to buy a car from this establishment. They really nail that sleazy dishonest used car salesman stereotype. Taking advantage of single mothers, and selling cars that are broken. I bought a car at the Spartanburg location which has since closed its doors, if I had to guess I’d say due to awful service and worse cars. Since purchasing the car in September I have put over $2,500 worth of work into it with no end in sight. I tried to have it fixed myself as I was stupid enough to buy it from them but reached out when the problem was not fixable to see if there was anything they could do, as they clearly knew they were selling me a broken car, a fact that I am more sure of now. The car loses a quart of oil a week, a fact that must have been known to them since when I purchased it there was full oil. The timing belt at the time of purchase was fraying and had to be replaced, unknown to me. I have since tried to reach out to the dealership, twice now, with no response, I can see they have read my messages and have chosen not to answer my concerns, thus confirming for me they were aware of the issues and just didn’t care enough about their clients to make it right. After looking at some reviews I can see this is a common theme with the dealership. I would highly suggest you find any other dealership to purchase a car from, literally anyone else. Since I can’t comment on your comment I’ll edit my review. It may be different management but the owners are the same and I know for a fact the person I bought the car from reached out to the owner Alan and he said too bad essentially. Awful ownership"

"Would not recommend very poor attitude. My fiance didnt workout do to misinformation on the carfax although he did try to fix it by contacting them he refused to give me my deposit back. If you looking for a trustworthy dealership I don't think this is for you. For the record he was not under any obligation to refund my money. Just be prepared to be treated like this if this situation happens to you."

"Just like any other dealership, they try to push unrealistic rates and make you wait. Went in and nobody greeted me. Tried to get me to pay the down payment without seeing paperwork on the car. Waited hour and a half until they had my finance papers ready. Put in that I had lower credit than I actually do. Pressured me hard to go through with top line warranty. Do not recommend unless buying cash."
