"This facility has been easy to work with and most of the staff are awesome. The better clinic in Fayetteville for sure. Carolyne is an amazing counselor. Nurses do a great job as does the nursing manager. Front desk secretary is absolutely wonderful. She got everything together for me on time for my insurance reimbursement paperwork I had to send in. I have no major complaints after years of attending so far. —Katherine west"
"Everything about this place is great! My counselor Jeremy is helpful, the girls up front remember your name when you come in, it's a good vibe coming in compared to the clinics I used to attend. The only thing I have a problem with is how long it takes to get take homes. 90 days for each phase is just too much. I understand the rationale of making us wait 90 days for the first one, but 90 more for each phase is wild lol. By the time you phase all the way up u done and been there more than a year! Hopefully this draconian stringent policy will be looked at and amended, but I'm not holding my breath. If staff reads this, put yourself in a patient's shoes who has done well, passed their screens and still has to keep canceling events for work, friends and family because they unnecessarily HAVE to be tied to the clinic due to the long phasing schedule you guys have."
"Morashad has been great throughout the process! As a counselor he was very easy to communicate with and his open door policy provides a comfortable and safe space to vent. Samantha has always challenged me to tackle my obstacles head on and has awesome tools on my journey of emotional intelligence. Overall, the staff as a whole are very positive and encouraging. Melody as a caseworker handles business in a timely fashion, and provides resources that help you transition smoothly as you complete the stages of the program. I would definitely recommend this facility for anyone trying to get voluntary outpatient care and assistance with being confident as you venture back out into the real world. Ms. Denise and Shay in the nursing department show genuine concern about my well-being and mood, and are always a pleasant encounter. The only area of improvement would be the communication and availability to the MD's on staff. They are very friendly and take the time necessary to consult and construct treatment plans upon intake and triage. However, they are not there very often and sometimes do not have a sense of urgency when it comes to responding to messages that are potentially time sensitive. My review as a whole would just express the gratitude and appreciation for everyone involved in my care, and to let them know how important their roles are in the community although not easy and to keep up the great work!"
"We used to attend this clinic till my husband was stabbed by another patient while waiting on line to dose. This man who I will call Steve would come in everyday skip everybody waiting to pay and than skip everybody waiting to dose. Now this was a everyday thing Steven would never stand and wait in line like everyone else and no one every said a word to hom about it. Many complained to the clinic but nothing was done at all. They would stand right there and watch him jump the line. So daniel( our company's employee) was in line with my husband ( Tony) and when Steven jumped the other 20 people in line and than cut line right in front of my husband & Daniel. Daniel spoke up and said no you not infront of me or Tony. Steven got really rude and jumped all in Daniel face. Now my husband spoke up and told Steven he needed to go back to his ace in line. And as my husband turned to walk away Steven swing what my husband thought was his fist. And made contact. Per the police in the video it looks like he was trying to slit my husband throat. Well my husband defended himself not knowing he was cut across the face from his mouth to the tip of his ear. My husband hit him a few times till he realized something was really wrong and he stopped and began to walk away. As my husband Tony walked away this man came to his feet stabbed my husband in the back. Which that knife wound almost took his life because it went through his lung diagram and with a 1%4 inch of his heart from the back. Steven was than able to flee on foot. He was caught the next day charged with attempted 1st degree murder and Assault was a deadly weapon with intent to kill or inflict serious bodily injury. So while this clinic has no metal detectors and not to mention Steven had been allowed to cont his skipping and aggressive behavior. But don't you know my husband was told he could no longer attend that clinic and was made to abandon his treatment because this clinic failed to follow up on patients complaints and correct this man behavior. Had the clinic done there job and 1st never allowed any weapons inside as the sign on the door had said no weapons allowed. This would have never happened. But than to Deny my husband treatment because they failed to uphold there own policy's is right down wrong. And totally failed my husband and his recovery in everyday. And if anything made it worse because now my husband has had to go back on pain meds for a short time which caused him to lose all the work he had put into his recovery."
"This place saved my life. Seeing comments like,” just a cheaper alternative for dope heads” really hurts my heart, this place set the foundations for my sobriety and helped me along the way, I have been sober for 1 year and 5 months! I would be dead if I hadn’t started going here. The councilors are phenomenal, they didn’t judge me for my past, they only cared about my future. I would recommend this place to anyone trying to beat their demons. I have graduated college, and am now working a wonderful job, all thanks to the staff at Fayetteville treatment center!"
