"I am not happy with the how all the mental health drs can just stop service on a patient if you think about it they are mental health and behavioral health and they should really look at what they are dealing with and how to deal with it without just stopping service"

"For working at psychiatrist office for people who have mental illness, the front desk person is inconsiderate. As a person who works in front desk myself I found her to be very frustrating to talk to, when i told her what i needed to be seen for she gave me a january date, when i told her i had potential adhd but that wasn't what i need the psychiatrist for she told me that it wouldn't be until march, so of course i tell her that i don't need to be seen for the adhd its the ptsd thats more serious and she said i still would have to wait for the doctor in march because even if its future concerns it doesn't matter, and i told her i didnt want to be seen for adhd nor did i plan to in the future could that give me the appointment in january and she claims that nope i still have to schedule for march even if that was the case and if i desperately needed to be seen somewhere that i should try calling another place despite this being the place i was refferred to. Just this situation is enough for my anxiety to start stressing out even more and i don't think its right for a front desk person to tell you to "find somewhere else to go" especially at a mental health clinic, this whole ordeal put me into a panic attack at work because yall cant employ nicer people"
