"Horrible with patient relations. He acted like he was always in a hurry to get to the next patient, and I felt like everything I would say was in one ear - out the other. My mother also had a difficult time conveying her issues with him and switched to another urologist like myself. Everything I have told my new urologist that Dr. Lyons said - is either false or just plain misleading. Everyone in his office tried very hard to help me and I appreciated their efforts, but when the doctor himself won't help it's time to move on."

"I have see Dr. Lyons several times regarding kidney stones and he is very nice and professional! I was seen this last time after being in the ER at wakemed for a large kidney stone. He was great about giving me information on diet and what can help prevent kidney stones and referred me to a specialist nephrologist and dietician there to further educate and figure out how to prevent the stones. I would definitely recommend him."

"Updated: he gave me a follow up call and was very curtious thanks so much for the call dr Lyons awesome doctor you earned the other stars!! Was very professional didn’t take a long time to be seen so that was great however he explained to me the possibility of what could be going on and although I would have liked a little more information and description about how this happens or at least why it it happens he was still a pretty good guy and that is why I give 3 stars he was professional but not really informative but if the next visit goes well I will update"
