"Dr. Bertrand is AMAZING. She has helped me tremendously over the last few months, and has listened politely to all my questions and concerns. She is honest, and has been extremely professional this entire time. I would leave a 5 star review, however, I have called multiple times throughout the month and they’ve only answered the phone twice. I have left messages and they ask you only leave one, but they never call back. It’s extremely frustrating and I hope it can be fixed."
"IM not being seen on time or in order of mynappointment since the departure of the Spring Lake PA that left to spend more times with his kids. Last month 3 people who came in after me who appointment was after mine was seen before me. I was there almost two hours I brought it to the attention of the Dr. Today I was there an Hour and forty five minutes my husband brought it to attention to the young lady who worked the front desk she said only one person but believe she was mistaken it was actually 2 for sure maybe 3. My husband and I know they young lady up front catches it and she actually a very nice professional member of Staff so are all the Dr's Ive seen. All I want is to be treated fair to be seen on time in order then if it takes longer I understand. Treat me like you would like someone to treat you or your family member. My husband and I have always treated Staff members with respect and will continue to do so you don't have to be disrespectful to resolve a problem Thank You"
"Do not walk but run away! This is the worst run practice I have ever seen and I have worked in the medical profession for years. I was ordered an MRI over 6 months ago and they will not get insurance approval for me to get it done. My orthopedist can do it in under 24 hours. This is not the first time for this either nor am I the only patient this is happening too. The PA's openly lie to patients. The list goes on and on but I am tired of typing. Just listening to the other patients in the waiting room talk is scary enough. There are signs in the exam rooms threatening expulsion for recording your visit, that should be a huge red flag to anyone. Why would they be afraid of this if everything was being done properly."
"My husband was scheduled to be seen at this place for pain management by the VA’s CCN. He was called before-hand and told to arrive 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork since he couldn’t stop by the office to pick it up (even though he was never told to) and because, for some unknown reason, they couldn’t mail it out like most healthcare places do. His appointment was at 1 p.m., so he arrived at 12:25 p.m. and start filling out the paperwork. He got in line to give it to back to the receptionist after he was done to be told they’d have to push his appointment time back 15 minutes because he turned in the paperwork two minutes after 1 p.m… 1:15 p.m. came along, and they still haven’t called him back, so he asked for his ID to leave because it’s been one thing after another since they called him the first time. The receptionist, Kameron (however it’s spelled), was disrespectful and “whatever’ed” him when he asked a second time for his ID back. He won’t be back to this establishment, and we will definitely be contacting CCN with a complaint."
"Dr Bertrand is truly a wonderful lady and and even better Dr. One that genuinely cares which is an unfortunately rate trait from my experiences. She listens, gives honest feedback, and wants you to get better. She should be cloned, or at the least, new DRs and PAs should be required to learn from her on how to be decent human beings n physicians. I honestly can't say enough about great job she does, from treatment to just listening to her patients. I hope everyone that sees this had a Dr Bertrand in their life!!! Again she deserves countless raises and awards for what she does and the amazingly wonderful Dr/person that she is. A gift just to meet her"
