"Dr. Lennon is great but it's so hard getting ahold of the office even during business hours, it keeps saying I've reached after hours. I need to get to someone here to get refills for my meds as my pharmacy won't refill them and i'm having mental breakdowns since I haven't been able to take them,,,, my MYIO app won't let me log in and I don't want to have to drive to the office just to talk to someone either. :("

"Receptionist is awfully rude . Took over a week to get my refills , by the time I got them , my medicine was working on getting out of my system. Definitely careless when it comes to mental health and how dangerous it can be as well as how dangerous withdrawals can be ."

"New patient. I cannot even leave a message and my medicine has been making me very ill. Haven't been able to reach anyone for days, how can I reach anyone if the mailbox is always full? Edit: the dr called me to scold me for this review instead of help me?? Never ever returning. I would rather suffer. I cannot believe the level of unprofessionalism and lack of empathy???? Unbelievable I paid for help, my meds didn't come for three days after my first appointment. Would not recommend to anyone who wants reliable help from people who care. This review is probably worse than the first one, scolding patients for asking for help? No. Not okay. The doctor didn't even let me voice my concerns about my sickness, instead she just assumed what I was going through instead of asking. Then said she cannot answer questions like that unless it's my appointment. No. Find another Dr if you want good help, like I will be doing. Unbelievable. Now she wanted to see me at four????? After just being so rude when i was asking for HELP? I don't think I want to pay 35 dollars to be told what she could have said before but decided not to??? Please don't hassle me for this review. I am looking for a new dr right now. Edit 2: I am reporting you to the NC medical board. Unbelievable that you accuse me of hurting your future suicidal patients when I WAS ONE OF THEM. disgraceful disgusting behavior from a "professional" I just had a question about my medicine and I was told I had to pay for an appointment to do that. Absolutely disgusted with the way you harassed me for calling you for help....."

"As a healthcare provider myself and also a parent, I can appreciate the time that Dr. Lennon spends with her clients in order to make sure they are receiving the care they need. My daughter has always been encouraged to voice her concerns and take part in her care and made to feel that her opinion was valued. As a parent, that was an important part of her treatment plan.
