"During the 9 months I had visits here, I only saw Dr. Jones ONCE when I was 6 weeks pregnant. The rest of the time I saw the PA, Olive, who was very nice (the only and best part of the practice — other than Donna at the front desk), but never again saw the person who was supposed to deliver my baby. How are you supposed to establish trust with someone you never see? Whenever I had a UTI and suspected bacterial vaginosis it took FIVE days to get a call back. I had to visit Urgent Care in the meantime to get my UTI resolved since it can be dangerous to have during pregnancy. It took them 3 extra weeks to call me for lab results that I luckily was able to obtain from LabCorp weeks prior, as waiting for the results were very stressful to make sure my baby was healthy and okay. The one time I had to call the after hours line it sent me to a voicemail… a voicemail, for the after hours line.. and I never got a call back from that. I just went to the ER. Ridiculous. When I asked about this, I was told to “walk in” because “it can be difficult to reach us”. Yeah, no kidding. When I was in labor, shocker — Dr. Jones was not around to deliver my baby, not that it would have mattered anyways since I’ve barely even met him, but when he came to check on me the next day he told me to “send him a Christmas card” … I don’t even think he would have knew my name if he didn’t look at my chart, and he wanted me to spend the $3.50 to send him a Christmas card, please. I cancelled my 6 week postpartum checkup and got a new OB as soon as I gave birth. Do yourself a favor and find another OB, considering you’ll never see the one here."

"I have been seeing Dr.Jones and his wife since I was 15 years old and I come because I value there care I even deal with the long wait times with. I complaints but the receptionist they have at the front desk have the worst attitudes, zero compassion and they don’t care if you drove a hour for a appointment they will not try to work with you… just tell you you can’t be seen for example I had a past balance of $60.00 which I checked my portal before the balance was zero so I didn’t bring money she then told me I had to pay or not be seen in the past I have been able to pay something on the balance if I had one and still be seen her attitude was nasty! I told her my husband was transferring the money she said well I’m not checking you in until it’s paid and closed the window and I can assure $60 is not hurting this practice me being seen alone is bringing in more then the balance I owed I just feel patients deserve compassion with our patients there would be no practice please train your staff to have better attitudes when handling your patients"

"Amazing prenatal care experience. Dr. Jones and Dr. Leke were always available and patient with any questions I had and quick to refer me for other medical needs to different practices (ie dermatologist). The triage nurses were great and friendly at the office, even the front desk staff. Dr. Jones was amazing during delivery, kind, supportive and fun sense of humor. It was hard at times to get them on the phone during the prenatal care, but the last few weeks there has been a drastic change in this!"

"Dr. Jones delivered my son last year, and I am now pregnant with my third. Dr. Jones is a gem! However, the front desk staff is THE WORST! They literally NEVER answer the phone and it’s honestly impossible to book an appointment unless you physically go into the office and book. They have an option to book online, but of course there are no links to click on and there’s no actual way to book anything through the patient portal online. Love the doctor, hate the front office staff’s attitude and work ethic.."

"If I could, I would give this place zero stars. This is honestly the worst Dr. office I have ever been to in my life. I’m almost 7 months pregnant and I have had some serious issues with this pregnancy. This dr office does not take anything serious at all. They have my file all wrong. Wrong number of kids, wrong number of medication and medication I have never been prescribed. They decided to add to my file that I have spinal muscular atrophy… when I asked about it they said ‘hmm, I’m not sure about that’ and left it at that for months. I kept asking and was getting nowhere with it until I finally talked to a nurse (I think she’s a nurse) named Valerie. She made several notes in my file to get me to see dr jones and only dr jones….that didn’t happen. The dr I did see yesterday said that ‘it’s a low risk to be passed on to the baby so we didn’t mention it’ ….. I’ve never been told that I have it either until now and then I’m supposed to just be okay with that answer? Then I passed out two different times and tried to call the dr and could not get in touch with anyone. Every time you are finally in touch with the dr office they just tell you to go to labor and delivery for any and everything. Like this is a dr office that is supposed to be there to take care of you. This office honestly just seems to not want to do their job, ever. I finally got a follow up with the dr after calling for a week because I had some imaging done on my kidneys because I have so much pain and am still peeing blood after a month and my results had still not been put on the patient portal or anything.. they told me to wait 24/48 hours. I said it has been over a week. That’s when I was brought back in and turns out I have a 1.7CM kidney stone and the dr said there is nothing they can do. The biggest one I’ve ever had was 11MM and I had to have surgery to remove it because I couldn’t pass it. This dr office is just such a joke and honestly I feel like if there was an emergency when I delivered my baby that they would not try to even save me or my baby if need be. That’s how bad this dr office is. I understand being short staffed and needing help but this office is down right negligent when it comes to patients. I will say there is one nurse who has always been nice and sweet, but there is literally just 1. I wish I could remember her name but I can’t but she is the only one who keeps that place semi friendly."
