"I saw the negative reviews and got scared when I realized I had to visit this office. I went anyway and was blown away by the friendliness, professionalism, and warmth of the staff. Dr O(my Radiologist)is excellent. My Rad Techs(Jacklyn and Dawn) were friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. Even though my procedure wasn’t easy, I felt supported and comfortable. I felt like crying a few times, but they kept my spirits high. I highly recommend this place!!"
"I went in for an ultrasound for a legit concern. I am young but have some history of breast cancer in my family so I wanted to be better safe than sorry. The tech was okay but the Dr was horrible. She came in after she looked at the ultrasound and said I was negative but that she needed to show me how to examine my breast because I was “obviously doing it wrong”. My husband, mom, and OBGYN had felt what I was talking about hence why my OB ordered this ultrasound. I simply needed reassurance that everything was okay. She also started stating the wrong family history which made me feel like she didn’t even look. I really would have hated to have had something wrong and her be the one to tell me. Not caring or empathetic at all. Will be finding somewhere else in the future."
"There are not enough words to describe this horrible experience. The tech Jennifer will leave you with a bad taste in your mouth!! I dare not got on, however the only thing I can say is I will never go to this location again as long as individuals like Jennifer work there. I mean the disrespect, lack of empathy and overall personality sucked!! I’m over Wake Rad on Duraleigh!"
"The tech that treated me for an annual mammogram treated me like a piece of meat! She was rough, in a rush and made what is normally an uncomfortable exam an excruciating exam instead! Because she was in such a hurry she had to redo the x-rays and claimed it was because she was a "perfectionist". Right. Well thanks for the extra radiation. I'm 70 yrs old and have have mamos for 50 yrs and never experienced such pain or rough manhandling. Have some respect! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION FOR MAMOGRAM. Awful."
"I came into REX Breast Care Center on an emergency basis. Dawn was my tech and Dr. Holley my radiologist. All I have to say is thank you so much for taking incredible care of me during a very stressful appointment. Dawn and Dr. Holley were compassionate, capable, kind, strategic, tactical, and most importantly, strong when I was not. The world needs more Dawn's and Dr. Holley's. Dr. Holley is very skilled. She performed US guided aspiration on my very swollen and painful breast and I couldn't feel a thing. She talked me through everything and kept me focused on one step at a time. Dawn took the extra time to call the pathologist and make sure she and Dr. Holley were doing exactly what the lab needed to ensure I wouldn't have to come back or wait longer for results than necessary. Keep in mind, they did all this on emergency basis. They had 1 hour warning of my arrival and not only did they rally for me, but they advocated for my well-being from physical to mental to emotional health. What a tremendous team. Thank you, Dawn and Dr. Holley!"
