"I’m only giving two stars instead of one, because I actually like 2 of the doctors. Dr. Sopiraz is really rude and doesn’t know how to handle being under pressure. It shows in her tone toward you. She’s definitely not as likable as the other doctors I dealt with. Also, the staff is unprofessional. They talk about other patients in front of other patients which is disgusting. Some of them are rude as well and give off racist vibes."
"The ultrasound tech is not welcoming at all you go in there’s no joy or excitement it is completely awkward i know they can’t tell you anything medically which is fine but she doesn’t smile she isn’t excited to show you your baby it’s a quick peek and then here’s a picture and get out kind of vibe i get she has to take pictures of certain things for the doctor but the student she teaches is way more friendly and welcoming I’ve went back forth on making this review but I’ve seen this women for 3 years this is my 3rd child and she’s been like that everytime i can just imagine how first time parents feel walking into that room especially when you don’t know what your looking at and no one is explaining it to you"
"I am 32 weeks transferred here, they are telling me they can’t get me in until 37 weeks when I needed the Rhogam shot a week ago (not their fault) but they told me there is nothing they can do and not to mention pregnant patients should be seen every 2 weeks starting at 30 weeks. I wanted to add that the management and supervising team fixed the issue in the same day and was insanely polite about it!"
"I was scared to come here because of the reviews but so far so good. Dr. Addison was very warm and welcoming. - Update: Haven’t been able to get an appointment since my initial visit… they canceled the day of for my 2nd appointment…. I’ve called numerous times this week, left a message, and requested via MyChart. Unsure what to do as I am 9+ weeks pregnant and haven’t even had bloodwork done…"
"I had an extremely positive experience upon my first visit today. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and patient with my questions. The nursing staff carefully and compassionately collected my history and listened to my concerns. Dr. Bridges showed compassion and nonjudgment for the increased risk my weight poses on pregnancy and educated me on how it will be monitored. She also showed compassion and helped me make a plan to address my mental health in pregnancy. I am extremely pleased and feel well cared for. I was not rushed and all my questions were addressed. I found everyone attentive, kind, and helpful! They helped me to make an appointment for ultrasound which I will be getting at 9 weeks. I was nervous based on the previous reviews, but I actually had an extremely positive experience and wanted to share."
