"Dr. Callaway was a great doctor until after my daughter got tubes placed. I reached out about my daughter having bloody discharge. He’s the one that put her tubes in last April. Never heard anything back from him nor his nurse. Took her to her pediatrician, they had to flush out a piece of wax he discovered during her follow up exam back in January , but he didn’t do a thing to help get that wax out. And her pediatrician discovered she had an ear infection. Oh and just to let parents know whatever doctor puts the tubes in is the only doctor you can see from there on out. She still to this day hasn’t had a call back about that discharge . I called over a month ago about it, I’m switching ENT’s due to this experience, if I ever need tubes for either of my kids. He will not get my money"

"My experience with Dr. Ginn was outstanding in every way. He listened carefully to my issue and concerns. He personally treated my issue rather than having a nurse handle it as other doctors have done in the past. He then gave me advice on how to be proactive in managing my issue in the future. Dr. Ginn was knowledgeable, professional, patient, gentle, compassionate and had a great sense of humor. He provided me with one of the best experiences I’ve had with any doctor. I cannot recommend him more strongly. The office staff was also amazing. They were so friendly and welcoming as we arrived and as we checked out. Melissa and Jenny were so professional, courteous, kind and funny. I was a new patient and had a great experience. I highly recommend Dr. Ginn and this practice."

"Dr. Callaway is awesome!!! My one year old had ruptured eardrum, double ear infection, and before visit we thought her tubes had fell out. Well, we were almost 25 minutes late to the appointment due to being at the wrong location. Once we got there he told receptionist yes he would still most definitely see my daughter. We got back immediately and his assistant came in right behind us did her examine left and he came in not even a minute later. He was very patient, professional, and very gentle with my toddler bc she was scared and in alot of pain. I left there very satisfied. Will definitely keep going their for any further issues my daughter has with her ears."
