"9-30-2023. This is an update to my previous review. I want to say Jessica, medical assistant, was awesome!!!!!!! I had to call again and spoke with her. She took the time to listen what I had to say. I am now on the path to resolving my issue. Thank you!!!!! 9-28-2023 I have been here for a while as a patient and the quality of the front desk workers have steadily declined. The nonchalant, you bothering me attitude is ridiculous. If you are not there to help and support patients find something else to do. You are not the only profession that is overworked and tired!!!! Do better!!!!!! Just to be clear this doesn’t include the doctor(s) I’ve seen but who you are greeted by or who you talk to when you call counts!!!!!!! Frustrated!!!!!!’"

"Dr. Lam is a wonderful GP - in every way. Really special! She takes time with her patients, and builds a relationship. She has remarkable recall, and is therefore able to manage her patients’ care when they have multiple doctors and treatments. She stays abreast of new research and various treatment modalities. I don’t know how she has the time, but I’m grateful that she does!"

"I was able to get an appointment in a quick time frame. The nursing staff were all so pleasant. I was in and out in a little under an hour but it never felt rushed. Dr. Thomas communicated with me every step of the way and even offered other services to help with my allergies. I was impressed all around, and I'm glad I switched to them. They're even open on the weekends! I highly recommend them!"
