"The nurse practitioner, Jennifer, is so impatient and seems like she doesn't want to work. She did not want even check her patient, listen to his heart or lungs! She said she just order labs and check vitals in a requested complete check up! Refused to give recommentation to medicaid for grap bars, mailbox, etc for a handicapped person who is a determined fall risk for over 10 years and cannot even walk normal in front of her. Just brushed us off to leave. Disgusting and waste of time."

"Unpleasant. The nurse practitioner who saw me was impatient, cold, and just wanted to pass me off to someone else. I witnessed one of the medical assistants openly discuss one of the issues I had during my visit with another patient while standing in the waiting room to check out. Poor bedside manner and privacy. I've contacted my health insurance carrier to drop this office as my pcp."

"I'm not saying Dr. CHEATHAM is better than your Dr, all I'm saying is he has a throne. He said he left his dragon at home. I adore him, he is one of the best Dr's. I have found. It's a bonus he has a sense of humor, and is real with his patients and he really cares for all of them."

"Dr Cheatham and his staff are absolutely wonderful. Since first meeting him via a virtual visit he has shown the best bedside manner and way above and beyond. I was transported to a hospital and he called me that even concerned about me. Can't say enough great about him. Staff is always attentive to any needs. Highly recommend this practice."
