"This Walgreens has incredibly rude staff. I called to get a prescription refilled and the pharmacy girl said: "I don't have time for that." Ridiculous. Also, Walgreens pharmacists have been known to not fill birth control, so if you believe in female bodily autonomy, you shouldn't be doing business with them anyways. It just took this incredibly poor interaction with them to prompt me to move my business."
"There is one woman who works here and she is always so unfriendly and never really seems like she wants to work, not sure if she is the boss there but this woman has never made me feel welcomed at that store, nobody seems to care. The other employees are super friendly and always happy to help."
"This review is for a specific woman in the pharmacy. I never got her name but several days ago I came in and ended up having a panic attack in the store. She was busy doing her work but immediately dropped everything to just help me. She made me feel relaxed just by sitting and talking to me. Wasn’t her job or responsibility but she stepped up to help me talk with me and give me some advice. I wish I had gotten your name so I could properly thank you! I was beyond embarrassed at the situation but she didn’t make me feel bad but just reassured me until I was feeling better. Thank you so very much! You helped me more than you know"
"The pharmacy department is so understaffed. The night before, we completed all consent paper at the "appointment schedule/request" online session. We arrived 15 minutes ahead as instructed and completed the check-in. But my covid-19 vaccine shot took an extra 32 minutes of wait time."
"Well. They close their pharmacy early sometimes when short staffed. So I am now unable to pick up a pre-surgery prescription that I need before they open. I tried getting it filled at another Walgreens that was open but they weren't permitted to transfer the prescription. Sorry you guys are short-staffed, but pharmacies are supposed to be reliable. I now have to cancel my surgery and find a new pharmacist."
