Moriarty Physical Therapy

"The physical therapists are very nice, but that's it. You will receive 15-25 minutes of help from a physical therapist and you will be charged a minimum of $70 copay per session (with in-network insurance) . Additionally, their billing department has many issues. After leaving their care, I was sent to collections for a 75 dollar bill that the claimed I never paid. Yet every time I visited their facility my credit card would be charged automatically. Also they never called or even sent an email to tell me I had an outstanding bill. When I called to get a receipt of all my bills to submit to an insurance company, they said they no longer have a copy of any of my bills and would not help me because I'm not a current patient anymore. If you are looking for PT in Raleigh I would do more research first. Total motion PT was a better alternative for me and I'm sure there are other facilities that are better run and will give you help for the amount of money you are spending. That being said they are nice people, and Emily was pretty cool so if that's all your looking for then maybe this is the spot for you."

"I had a great experience with John and his team at Moriarty Physical Therapy. I was treated for lower back pain. I drive a lot for work and John helped me create a better seat position in my vehicle to take some stress off of my back/pelvis. I feel so much better after my time at Moriarty Physical Therapy. 10/10 would definitely recommend this business!"

"Don’t come here. The therapists will talk to other patients the entire time they treat you and had the nerve to tell me she couldn’t help me with a trigger point because she had other patients. If you have too many patients then why am I here? I don’t want to get treated as second rate just because I don’t want to converse with them. Alyssa and Emily are guilty of this. They don’t give you the attention you deserve. Furthermore, Nancy Moriarty, the owner I’m guessing, would not comment as to whether or not it is acceptable to be conversing with other patients to the point the current patient isn’t getting the attention they need. I walked out after only receiving 15 minutes of treatment and she still says I got full treatment and it’s my fault for leaving. I left because my therapist said she had other patients and couldn’t do what I asked. She doesn’t deserve your money. She is very rude."

"Can't recommend enough. John and the team are detailed-oriented, thoughtful, and really care. They helped treat my plantar fasciitis and I was back on my feet in a few weeks. This is my second time going to Moriarty for therapy and both times were 5 out of 5 stars."
