"Destiny in the pharmacy is the best!! She helped me out by educating me on how to save money with my prescriptions. I've never had anyone at any pharmacy take up time with me and make me feel like I was her sole priority at that moment. She is an exceptional young woman and I hope Walgreens appreciates her!"

"They are really bad about answering the phones in the pharmacy and when you are in hold for a live person they will pick the phone up where you can hear them and then will hang the phone up in your face where you have to call back then your in a line with 3 or more people in front of you"

"Walgreens is horrible. The staff is always extremely rude. They seem to not know what they are doing when it comes to billing insurance. After the 1st incident, now when I get the text that my prescription is ready, I call to make sure and every time they tell me they are finishing it up and will be ready in 15 minutes. Well 45 plus minutes later when I show up to get it, my prescription still isn't ready and takes another 20 plus minutes. I've had to call my insurance company several times because they tell me my prescription is delayed due to insurance, but when I call my insurance, they tell me that Walgreens hasn't submitted anything. Anytime I call Walgreens, no one answers the phone, they just put me on hold for at least 20 minutes. I am writing this review while on hold with Walgreens. The first time I called, I was on hold for 25 minutes, someone picked up the phone and hung up on me. I immediately called back and have been on hold now for over 25 minutes. I'm definitely calling my insurance and finding another pharmacy. I'm done being disrespected by Walgreens staff"

"The cashier named Angel gave me the most disrespectful service in my life. I saw him treat customers with so much disrespect that he looked like he did not want to do his job. He needs to be fired."
