"I have to say, I've been to plenty of urgent care locations, but this one, by far, is the best I've ever been to. From the women at the front desk, who check you in, & are so nice & friendly, to the nurses that start you up, with vital signs & your chart reviews. They are so sweet & helpful, & make you feel important & relaxed. Now to my primary doctor, Andrew Yoon. I've had plenty of primary doctors in the past. This doctor is better than all of them put together. I had no appointment today, but he took me anyway, & spent at least an hour with me. He goes over everything on your chart, from medications, to recent surgerys, which I had a couple of weeks ago. Then together we come up with a game plan going forward. He even went Way beyond his services to me today, & I'll never forget it. So if you're looking for primary care & a friendly place to go, you should look no further than this place. I drive from knightdale to Raleigh to go here, even though there's a wakemed urgent care, five minutes from my house. Doctor Andrew Yoon is an awesome doctor, who takes the time with you & it's never a rush to get you out. Thanks to the whole staff, but especially, Doctor Andrew Yoon. He definitely gets it & is the best doctor I've ever had. Give him a try, you won't regret it!"

"The staff is so friendly. The office is newer. Therefore, there are plenty of opportunities for new patients. The hours are convenient, so you can work around your schedule. Jordan De Lay, PA-C took time to talk with me about all my concerns. He provided a relaxed environment. The nurse that took my vitals was very nice and helpful and thorough.
